Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy:

  • We currently offer shipping only within India. Orders placed from outside India will not be processed.

  • Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.

  • Estimated delivery time varies by location but generally takes 7-15 business days. Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or high-demand periods.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your package's progress.

  • We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. However, delays beyond our control may occur, and we appreciate your patience.

  • If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with your neighbors, family members, or local post office. If the issue persists, contact our support team for assistance.

Return & Exchange Policy:

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.

  • To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team with order details and clear images of the issue.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund or replacement within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

  • Exchanges are allowed only for items of the same value. If the desired item is unavailable, customers can opt for store credit or a refund.

  • We do not accept returns for items that have been used, washed, or altered in any way.

Cancellations & Order Modifications:

  • Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations and modifications are no longer possible.

  • If an accidental duplicate order is placed, customers should contact support immediately for resolution.

  • Shipping address modifications are allowed within the 24-hour window. Once an order is dispatched, address changes may not be feasible.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered.

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us for assistance in locating it. If theft is suspected, we recommend filing a report with your local postal service or law enforcement.
