1. Shipping & Delivery:
 

  • Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Delivery times vary based on location but generally take 7-15 business days. In rare cases, shipping may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • We currently offer shipping only within India. Orders placed from outside India will not be processed.

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped, allowing you to monitor its progress in real time.

  • In case of a shipping delay beyond the estimated timeframe, customers are encouraged to contact our support team for assistance.

  • If a package is marked as delivered but not received, we recommend checking with neighbors, family members, or your local post office before contacting us.

     

2. Returns & Exchanges:
 

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for defective or incorrect items. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.

  • To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team with order details and clear images of the issue.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.

  • Refunds or replacements will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

  • Exchanges are only applicable for items of the same value. If the desired item is unavailable, customers can opt for store credit or a refund.

  • We do not accept returns for items that have been used, washed, or altered in any way.

     

3. Cancellations & Modifications:
 

  • Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order is processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

  • If you need to change your shipping address, please notify us within the 24-hour window. Address modifications after shipping may not be feasible.

  • In case of accidental duplicate orders, customers should contact support immediately for resolution.
